Project Description
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL Surface Area: 8000 sq. ft.
Remove and replace a tile roof system to install a new ultra white tile roof system per Florida building Code 2017. The system is made of one ply #30 felt mechanically fastened with ring-shank nails. One ply #90 tile underlayment is then installed with type 4 hot asphalt. Finally the concrete tile is installed with ICP-AH 160 adhesive (foam), and upon completion an independent structural engineer verifies code compliance with an uplift test.
