What Clients Are Saying...

J Blo

The people at Monarch are true professionals. They provided us with service above and beyond. As our roof was 21 years old (Wilma) and the insurance companies were coming hard with untenable premiums!!! Monarch repaired old stucco, new singles and plywood as needed and replaced flashing and soffit boards. The people and staff were a pleasure to work with. The provided comprehensive cost breakdowns and handled the permitting and inspections very efficiently! Highly recommended!

Absolute Professionals! They came out to our home first, and visually assessed the issues with our roof, soon after, the work was scheduled. They showed up on the agreed time, they were prepared, and they worked super clean. Afterwards, I received a detailed report with pictures and what was actually done (before and after). From my first phone call, to the completion of the work, Monarch Roofing is TOP NOTCH!!! I highly recommend them for anything roof-related.

Devaney was so professional and helpful in assessing the damage done from a leak in our roof. She gave us a detailed estimate quickly and was available to answer any questions regarding next steps. Giselle who came to our house and looked at our roof couldn’t have been more affable and at the same time extremely knowledgeable. Every interaction so far with these women has been a pleasure

Monarch Roofing was awesome to work with! Being a family-owned business, you can really tell they care about their customers. Victor and Devaney were amazing—super helpful, explained everything clearly, and got the project done quickly. The roof looks great, and it’s such a relief knowing it’s all taken care of. I couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend them—I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

We had an exceptional experience with Monarch Roofing in Deerfield Beach, and I can’t say enough about Victor! He is incredibly personable, making the entire process feel comfortable and stress-free. It was so easy to reach out to him with any questions, and he was always quick to respond, no matter the time. What really stood out was how much time he took to explain everything—he made sure we understood every step of the process and was transparent about all the details. The quality of the work was flawless, and the customer service was beyond impressive. Highly recommend Monarch Roofing for anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable team. Five stars!

Victor and his crew were excellent. So professional and respectful. I would highly recommend Monarch roofing for any and all your roofing needs. I have to say that being in my home for a long time and having to deal with repair businesses, has not been my favorite thing to do. However, from start to finish Victor and his team just blew me away with everything like , Being on time, fair and fully explained quote. To how professional and cleanliness his crew were. I was even amazed at how Victor always went above and beyond to make his customer happy. He even added extra valley and hip barriers because he said it is the correct thing to do and at no extra charge. I will always use and recommend Monarch Roofing from now on.

Victor and everyone at Monarch Roofing did amazing work transforming our old tiled roof into a modern metal masterpiece! We had considered replacing our roof for a long time but could not find a company that we felt listened to our needs, finally we did. From start to finish, Victor answered all the questions we had and his crew worked tirelessly to get our project done during a very short window due to the rain event in April. Not only did they do a great job, they exceeded our expectations. They were able to finish the project early, even with a challenging flat section of roof that needed to be watched over late into the day. When the city inspector came, he was impressed, but not surprised, that the Monarch crew stayed late to make sure everything was set properly. We could tell everyone really took pride in their work and made sure to clean up the job site everyday. If we had another roof the Fort Lauderdale that needed to be fixed or replaced, Monarch Roofing would be who we would be working with again. Thank you Victor, if was a pleasure working with you, your dad and everyone on your crew!
